Luckily, I think it affected my blogging and posting on Instagram more than it did the final work outcome. However, it has been a useful lesson for me and this less pressurised year i very welcome.

Sketchbooks are certainly very important to me. They are where experimenting and then, from that, learning happens. And of course, I really enjoy the freedom and pleasure of it all. How lucky is that?Charlton Stitcherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03052815242463837033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1995249205815458488.post-57319666130716836632020-02-12T08:07:23.666+00:002020-02-12T08:07:23.666+00:00AS always it will be good to follow your progress....AS always it will be good to follow your progress. The pages you have shared are very instructive and I can see how they are working to help you develop an idea. The Idaho Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09979439849662755082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1995249205815458488.post-20530044442301561682020-02-10T22:45:53.277+00:002020-02-10T22:45:53.277+00:00Struck by your conclusion in the final paragraph. ...Struck by your conclusion in the final paragraph. I think that is the lesson I learned as well when I stepped away from working on exhibit pieces. I'd felt for some time this rut you speak of, even though I tried some things to break out of it. Always the same, with impending deadlines, defaulting to a comfort zone or not really knowing where to go next. I'm still floundering a bit I think, but I like the feel of this space to do as I please. The Idaho Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09979439849662755082noreply@blogger.com
